My journey into life coaching began when I found myself feeling stuck and overwhelmed, deeply sensing that I was meant for more.  Driven to find answers,  I earned my Certified Professional Coach credential and launched my practice in 2017 (originally business was founded as Makeala Addell Life Coaching, LLC).

For over 15 years, I have worked with adult learners and leaders as a coach, mentor, trainer, and facilitator. Whether I am leading workshops on professionalism, study skills, or strategic goal-setting, my goal is always the same: to help you clearly articulate your vision, remove roadblocks, and step into success.

Having experienced the power of coaching firsthand, I know how truly empowering the process can be.
